Josh Niederberger founded Niederberger Contracting in 1995 to pursue his passion for building. He grew up enjoying working with wood on his father's construction sites. Josh earned his BA with an emphasis on Art History from Columbia College in Chicago and is inspired by classic architecture and thoughtful design. He lives in the Admiral neighborhood of West Seattle with his wife and three young kids.
Seth Niederberger strives for balanced, sensible solutions, to challenges. It is a principle he lives by, and a major factor that brought him back to the building trades from a career as an educator (earning his BA from University of Oregon and his Masters Degree from Portland State University). He puts practical solutions to the test every day — taking conceptual drawing to successful completion. Seth, his wife and two children live in West Seattle.
