OUR FOUNDERS
Josh Niederberger
Josh founded Niederberger Contracting 30 years ago to pursue his passion for building and creating. He earned a BA with an emphasis on art history from Columbia College in Chicago and draws inspiration from classic architecture and thoughtful design. Josh finds great fulfillment in transforming ideas—whether on paper or in a client’s vision—into reality. A resident of West Seattle, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. An avid bicyclist, he loves exploring the natural beauty of Washington State.
Seth Niederberger
Seth is dedicated to bringing people’s visions to life, finding creative and practical solutions to the complex challenges that come with remodeling. He enjoys transforming spaces and making his clients’ dreams a reality. Based in West Seattle, Seth enjoys spending his downtime with family in Mazama, where they can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
